03. Ask whether the back panel is single-sided or double-sided
The back panel with single-sided sealing is easy to be damp and moldy, and it is also easy to release formaldehyde, causing pollution, so it is still necessary to choose double-sided sealing.
04. Ask if there is an anti-cockroach mute edge banding
Use the cabinet with anti-cockroach and silent edge sealing to prevent cockroaches from entering. When the kitchen cabinet is closed, the noise can be eliminated. The cost of whether there is anti-cockroach edge sealing is about 3%. Check whether the sealing strip and anti-collision strip are processed by machine molding, and whether the front and back sides are sealed together. Poor sealing will cause dust, oil smoke, insects, etc. to enter.
05. Ask about the installation method of the aluminum foil of the clean water tank cabinet
Ask whether the installation method is one-time pressing or glue sticking. The sealing performance of the one-time pressing is better, and the water vapor and moisture are not easily penetrated, which can prolong the service life of the kitchen cabinet.
06. Ask about the composition of artificial stone
Fireproof board, artificial stone, marble, granite, stainless steel, etc. are all suitable materials for kitchen counter-tops. Among them, artificial stone counter-tops are the most cost-effective, and some cheap counter-tops have high calcium carbonate components and are easy to crack. Compound acrylic, pure acrylic, etc. are used more in the market. The former acrylic composition is generally about 20% as the best ratio.

The kitchen cabinets must issue a finished product test report and expressly indicate the formaldehyde content. Some manufacturers can only provide raw material inspection reports, but the environmental protection of raw materials does not mean the environmental protection of finished products. Only qualified finished products can prove that their products are qualified.
