②. It has high requirements on process level and high rejection rate, so the price is relatively expensive.
3. Blister door panel: suitable for simple European, new Chinese, pastoral, Mediterranean, American style kitchen cabinet
Blister door panels are also called pvc molded panels. The base material is MDF, and the surface is vacuum molded or a seamless PVC film press molding process. It has been used for the longest time and has the widest range. There are many color cards to choose from, such as simulated wood grain and cement effect.
advantage:
①. Anti-scratch, wear-resistant, heat-resistant, anti-fading, no cracking and no deformation, simple daily maintenance.
②. The choice of color and texture is relatively large, which can basically meet the requirements of different customers for color texture.
shortcoming:
①. Because the surface is PVC film, the performance of high temperature resistance is poor, and the service life is relatively short.
②. The production process is a hot-pressed film, so thermal expansion and contraction are inevitable. After cooling, the blister board will be concave in the direction of the PVC film to varying degrees.
4. Laminate board
The base material of laminate door panel is particleboard, moisture-proof board or MDF, and the surface is decorated with laminate board. Laminate board is a decorative board made of siliceous material or calcium material as the main raw material, mixed with a certain proportion of fiber material and chemical additives, and made by autoclave technology.
Advantages: Bright colors, with the advantages of wear resistance, high temperature resistance, easy cleaning, moisture resistance and no fading, delicate touch, and affordable price.
Disadvantages: It can only be used as a flat plate, and cannot create three-dimensional effects such as bumps and metals, and the fashion sense is slightly poor.
5. Melamine board: suitable for modern simplicity, Mediterranean style kitchen cabinet
The melamine door panel is made of base material (medium fiberboard, particle board, moisture-proof board, multi-layer solid wood plywood, etc.) and melamine dipped paper (base paper impregnated with special triamine glue) at high temperature.
Advantages: smooth surface, not easy to deform, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and the price is affordable.
Disadvantages: Can’t shape, single style.
